Mandala Yoga Workshops
Anabhra offers this four element Workshop called Mandala Yoga as an introductory class. The classes introduce the principles of Tibetan Pulsing. Participants learn the theory and basic moves for organ pumping that open pathways for transformational healing and bring the body into balance.

Initiation: Explanation of bodywork for the organs and learning to feel pulsation. Introduction to group bodywork (streaming)
Water Element: Introduction to the water element organs with bodywork practice for these organs
Earth Element: Introduction to the earth element organs and bodywork practice for these organs
Fire Element: Introduction to the fire organs and bodywork practice for these organs.
Air Element: Introduction to the air element organs and bodywork practice for these organs.
The classes will include a talk, demonstration, and either group practice or practice in pairs. Please bring a medium sized bath towel and wear yoga style clothing for the practice sessions.
