Tibetan Pulsing Healing Training

Initiation Training I

The Initiation training is a series of four weekend trainings that lay the foundation for learning Tibetan Pulsing Healing. In section one participants will be guided while working in groups of 2 or 3 to practice sensitivity and conscious touch. Learning to tune in with appropriate pressure is an art that develops through intention, practice and feedback. Anabhra and his assistant Naki will teach simple exercises and techniques that introduce Tibetan Pulsing Healing to both beginners and those who are familiar with bodywork. A certificate of completion will be provided after completion of all four weekend trainings.
"Rooted in the tradition of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga, Anabhra has incorporated elements from other traditions to create a unique and effective healing bodywork. The purpose of this work is to dissolve the shocks which manifest as blockages to the electrical flow in our nervous system. Founded by Master Dheeraj, whom Anabhra studied with for many years, Tibetan Pulsing Healing was informed by ancient Tibetan Tantra and Taoist healing practices and creatively designed to be a complete system for restoring health and vibrancy.” - K. James, LMT

"When two or more people create a tactile connection and tune into the same pulse beat they become one heart. This life force is bio-electrical energy, tantric energy. We can actually feel it all over the body, and it is the strongest tool we have to free ourselves from physical pain as well as emotional and psychological suffering."
